Hi, I'm Lucy. And I Fixed Interior Design for Women Like Us.
Twin Palms was born from one simple truth:
The interior-design world makes most women feel completely out of their depth
Ten years ago, I was that woman — overwhelmed, hopeful, clutching a homemade moodboard pulled from Pinterest and instagram, and excited for a home that finally felt like me. I booked a consultation, floated out of it dreaming about my gorgeous new home… and then got hit with a £30k estimate.
I learned the hard way that the industry can feel confusing, scary, and snobbish.
No one talks about money.
No one explains the process.
I was a lawyer at the time, with a big career, but I felt foolish. Years later, now knowing the industry inside out, and having experienced a crash course in human behaviour, sensory design and the psychology of how spaces shape our moods, I decided that getting a gorgeous, intentional home shouldn't require every woman taking years to learn and qualify as a designer, or a small inheritance.
So, I built the studio I wished existed. I blend:
